This is a FREE kids self defense class offered by the AMAZING team at Iron Roots BJJ. Come and enjoy a fun afternoon watching your kiddos! The Owners of Iron Roots BJJ have partnered with Susie Carnes of Keller Williams and Sam Bromley with Edge Home Finance to bring you and your kiddos a FREE self defense class Saturday January 22nd. It will be a fun way for your kiddos to learn some valuable techniques, and also enjoy an afternoon of activity! We will host TWO one hour sessions: 1pm and 2pm. Classes are limited, sign up is required! Here is a breakdown of what we will learn: Warm up with running and different movements (10 Min) Age appropriate Self defense Techniques (30-35 Min) Game play applying and reinforcing the techniques they have learned (15 Min) Dan Reis and Erin Johnson (owners of Iron Roots BJJ) are excited to make this class accessible to the kids of Colorado Springs.
