ArtPlay: Fun and easy art activity sponsored by Unity of Houston
We are creative spiritual beings, and here’s an easy way to express your creative impulse while having fun and connecting with others! No art experience is needed for our ArtPlay events! On February 16, artist and Unity of Houston community member Sarah Gish will teach us how to make easy marbled paper from items you can buy at the grocery store! Then you can turn your beautiful marbled paper into greeting cards, book marks, journal covers, etc. Let’s tap into our spiritual power of Imagination together!
Supplies to gather:
flat, shallow aluminum panShaving creamFood coloringtoothpicks, plastic fork. chopstick, or other pointed itemPaper (any kind will work), cut into pieces that will fit into your panAn old credit card or squeegee to remove excess shaving cream
