Chef series is evolving this Fall. Some of Chicago's favorite chefs are hosting onsite dinners at LPX . Each event will kick off with the chef's favorite workout taught by a Lincoln Park instructor. The evening will kick off with a dance jam class, taught by lululemon ambassador, Jaq Howard, before sitting for dinner and conversation.

Tortello is a charming neighborhood pasta shop transporting Italy‘s emphasis on simplicity through culinary and cultural traditions to Chicago. The restaurant‘s husband and wife co-owners, Dario Monni and Jill Gray are committed to continuing his family‘s legacy of utilizing the simplest and very best ingredients, artisanal hand craftsmanship, and Italian hospitality & ritual.
Chef Annie Waugh, a Chicago native, Kendall College graduate, and Chef de Cuisine of Tortello, has cooked in the industry for 15 years. While maintaining a classic and traditional approach to Italian cuisine with respect, she introduces an innovative and trendy perspective, being inspired by interesting tools and products.
