This workshop is designed to bring together community members to better understand how to find, write, and prepare for grants. Learning Outcomes: First hour: How to find grants Explain how to find grants from federal, state, and private sources Describe stratiges to determine mission alignment Assess your orginization's "fit" with funderSecond hour: Preparing for grants Understand how to determine if your orginization is ready to manage federal fundsDefine key identification numbers (DUNS, CAGE, etc.)Distinguish stratigies to assess program development, preparing for audits, and staffing needs.Third hour: Introduction to grant writing Respond to the promptResearch the funder Reiterate language from the solicitation Know where to find help/resources
