Bishop Mays Inc. is looking to hire a groundskeeper. This a a full time position, working a Monday-Friday work week. Competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities: Cut grass Use leaf blower to keep parking lot clear of debris Keep property and shop clean Wash heavy equipment and on road trucks Pick up parts Requirements: Drug-free Legally eligible to work in the US Good driving record Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and thorough Must be accountable for conduct and have excellent attendance Must be skilled in the use of common landscape equipment, such as riding mowers, weed eaters, and leaf blowers Benefits: Competitive wages based on experience and qualifications Health insurance Vacation pay Holiday pay 401K with matching program Work clothing allowance Opportunity to grow and move up in the company Work Environment: Routinely lift 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds Must be able to climb in and out of equipment unassisted Must be able to stand, walk on uneven surfaces, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull
