Join us at Babalu on February 1st at 7:00 pm for a five course dinner paired with Portuguese wines.
This wine dinner features five selections from the producer Duckman, a project by Maria João Pato and her father Luís Pato, in the Bairrada region of Portugal. Maria breaks the mold by creating imaginative and expressive low intervention wines that go against the grain of traditional winemaking.
Chef Jack Townsend has carefully curated and prepared five courses that compliment each wine and its unique flavors. Seating for this event is limited so we recommend purchasing tickets early.
