We have a 750 square foot studio available in a shared warehouse for $750 per month. The warehouse is 23,000 sq/ft and has 24 hour access, internet, 2 communal bathrooms, 9 garage door bays, and a security system. We are not climate controlled but have a double pitched roof so temperatures aren't too extreme. It is possible to put a window unit in the space. We are a group of artists, woodworkers, and metalworkers and enjoy a communal, congenial environment and would appreciate the same from the new tenant.
