Alaska’s Largest Fencing Company, Mt. McKinley Fence Company of the Mat-Su Valley, Inc. needs additional EXPERIENCED working fence and/or guardrail foremen and installers to join our team starting this spring (March 2022) through the end of the season (November 2022). Our office is located just 45 minutes north of Anchorage, Alaska. Alaska is a beautiful place to live and work and this could be an excellent opportunity to experience yourself if you haven’t yet. Fair employer and great co-workers. You can expect 50-60 / hour work weeks with pay ranging from $30-$35 per hour DOE. Housing and travel expenses may be part of the benefits for the right employee. Foreman Skills and Experience: • 3-5 years of installation experience with at least two seasons leading a crew. • Ability to perform physical installation. • Communicates well with coworkers and customers. • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record. • Skilled at operating various equipment. • Takes pride in quality of work, works well with others, can be a leader with a positive attitude. • Willing to travel wherever needed in Alaska. • Ability to work 50-60 hours / week. Installer Skills and Experience: • Previous construction experience and willing to learn fencing and/or guardrail. • Ability to perform physical installation. • Communicates well with coworkers and customers. • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record. • Skilled at operating various equipment. • Takes pride in quality of work, works well with others, ability to take direction, positive attitude. • Willing to travel wherever needed in Alaska. • Ability to work 50-60 hours / week.
