Creepy guy casing houses on Francisco and Hearst, streets.

The man seen in these pictures, 5'8-5'9, 150-170 LBS, slender, with trimmed black beard, and wearing A black ski cap, black gloves, dark black sunglasses, (Even after dusk), a deep blue fleece-looking pullover, black pants, and black tennies with white trim, was seen walking up several driveways, taking pictures of people's backyards, and peering into people's houses and cars. This occurred today between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, (When thieves and other bad guys know people are at work) and as he caught on that he was being watched, he hurried away, and was last seen walking on Hearst towards MLK.
