Internet Sales Coordinators would be supporting our Special Finance Operations in providing an award winning experience to our customers. The Internet Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers and helps set the tone for their whole experience with our dealership. Requirements: -Strong work ethic -No Previous Dealership Experience needed - we provide on the job training -Excellent Attitude and customer service skills -Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing -Able to WORK 40 HOUR WORK WEEK / AVAILABLE DAYS, EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS -Willingness to learn and engage with our proven follow-up process -Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen Responsibilities: Call and correspond via different avenues with new and existing prospects to follow up with their inquiries Assist customers in setting appointments to visit the dealership Keep track of your daily calls, correspondence, and appointments Report to Manager on objectives, planned activities, and customer interaction. Provide excellent customer service experience Maintain communication with Managers and Sales Associates regarding customers.
