Need sewing/alterations done

I need two inside pockets sewn in to two kid's ski jackets (so a total of four pockets). One would be for a small electronic device and should have a zipper closure. The other will be for a phone; that one should have velcro closure and a well secured nylon loop that can be used to attach a phone tether. I have attached a photo to help you understand what I mean by a nylon loop inside the pocket. I only need the loop, not the plastic clip. Please let me know if this is work you can do, what you would charge, and if you have or can get the required materials. This needs to be done by Thursday night this week - January 13.
