Our band shares a practice room in Ballard, by the Substation, and band is moving out so we are looking for a band to join. A 3 or 4-piece band would be a good fit. Good information to know: The building is accessible 24 hours a day. Load in/out is easy. Roommates are calm, kind and respectful. We have a room drum kit, bass cab and PA ready to use. There's a bit of space to store some gear. It's not enough for big stacks, fridges or other drum sets though. Sorry!
