I need a haircut in my home

Hi there, I'm a wheelchair bound disabled adult male. I have not had a haircut nor beard trim since the pandemic. I'm slightly immunocompromised so a salon is not safe for me. I'm not picky, I just need my hair short enough to stop accidentally eating it with my meals. I have no idea what this is worth but I'm sure we can come to an agreement. I do have a neuromuscular disorder that causes involuntary movement, this has never been an issue in chain salons. No one has ever refused to cut my hair nor appeared to be uncomfortable. I don't work so I'm available anytime any day. I don't know if this is legal but I wouldn't be comfortable without seeing your vaccination card. It's not strictly necessary but I would prefer if you were comfortable wearing a mask. I'm sorry, I respect your right to make your own choices, I need to protect myself. I do not need a professional barber, I don't look in the mirror often anyways. If you have cut hair at least 10 times then you are qualified enough for me. Please let me know when would be best and what you charge. I'm hoping to do this as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.
