CCN: 21-190-172 19 year-old Kendall Surratt, of Southwest, DC, 20 year-old Anthony Bias, of Accokeek, MD, and 19 year-old Amonte Wood, of Southeast, DC, were arrested for an Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle offense that occurred in the 3500 block of Stanton Road, Southeast.
