Description
We are looking for a housekeeping team to provide on-site housekeeping for our beautiful property in Fort Lauderdale. Hotel or Short term rental experience is required. Daily attention will be needed

Duties Include:
- Empty wastebaskets
- Wash and dry linen on property
- Track and report inventory
- Replace liners as needed
- Communicate with contact center in a timely basis
- General mopping and cleaning
- Replenish paper supplies in all restrooms as needed
- Mop and vacuum main corridors as needed
- Wash windows
- Turn off lights and lock doors when leaving after hours
- Wipe down all walls as needed
- Pledge or dust all wood trim
- Dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces
- Vacuum all carpet and area rugs
- Sanitize all bathroom walls, floors, and fixtures
- Report all damages or items needing repair to the Owner
- Damp clean all light fixtures
- Clean all air vents and grills
- Wash and put away dishes
- Clean Refrigerators
- Clean Dishwashers
- Make beds and change bed linens Ensure all light bulbs are working Ensure remote for the TV is working
Ensure the unit has the proper number of Kitchen supplies
Report and missing or damaged items via a digital checklist
Clean outside area of trash once when you arrive and before you leave
Turn in a daily checklist so that items can be ordered Report missing items from rooms and maintenance needs.
Stock new supplies in housekeeping closets
