SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA — Authorities in Spotsylvania County are asking for the public's assistance locating a 22-year-old man who has been missing since last week. Christopher Bibler last spoke with family members on Thursday, Jan. 6, according to the sheriff's office. Bibler has red hair and brown eyes, the sheriff's office said.
