TOMS RIVER, NJ — The developer of the project to construct the new Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic in Toms River is inviting subcontractors to speak with them about potential work at the site, officials said. An announcement on the Toms River Township website said FD Stonewater and Harvey-Cleary Builders, the developers for the VA clinic site at Hooper and Caudina avenues, are inviting site and earthwork contractors to schedule a meeting with them for Tuesday. The meetings will be held in the Lomell Room on the lobby level of Toms River Town Hall to talk about the work to be done at the 9-acre site. Meetings will be held hourly to discuss the project, to review plans, and to qualify interested bidders. Work on the project is anticipated to start in early February 2022. There will be future meetings for other disciplines and trades, officials said. Interested parties can email Clay Frook, Senior Project Manager for the project, at [email protected], to request a time.
