Hi I have a job that is a full re-roof (tear off) and replace in Clover and am subbing this out due to time. There is a leak due a vent that was improperly installed. A new boot needs to be installed, along with new decking, shingles. Approx. 15 square. I'll purchase and deliver all materials. Interior: The ceiling needs new insulation & drywall installed. Complete interior painting. 2 colors plus trim All agreements regarding money are in writing. Please NO cons, scammers, cheats - No druggies, losers or slackers need apply :)
