FOOT SPA REPAIR - JETS STOPPED WORKING

I'm looking for a technician who can repair a commercial foot spa at a hair and nail salon. The foot spa's jets are no longer turning on. I am looking for someone who can diagnose the problem and then repair it. I believe the model of foot spa tub is the following: "JENTLE PED JETTED PEDICURE SINK"(MTLS110JP). I am willing to accept quotes. The job would preferably need to be started and finished on a set of salon off days such as SUNDAY and/or MONDAY. Thanks in advance.
