We are a real estate investment company looking for someone to help us maintain our properties in the DC area- specifically the Southwest area or Navy Yard. We are a small, friendly team that is looking to grow and provide excellent service for our tenants. We are seeking someone local to DC who can assist with showings, preparing properties for move-ins, lockouts and the infrequent emergency maintenance call. This is a part-time position perfect for someone looking to make money on the side. We are looking for someone who is reliable and trustworthy and has a background in property management, customer service and/or sales. Must have transportation to get to showings in Navy Yard and Southwest area. Work hours will range between 11am-7pm on weekdays and a few hours on Saturdays when necessary (must be available to occasionally make appointments during business hours). Requirements: -Responsible, accountable, and shows up on time -Identifies potential issues in properties, corrects them onsite if able -Ability to communicate via email, phone, text message and online maintenance portal -Must have a vehicle and be able to work independently -Ability to respond quickly to lockouts and emergency requests when needed -Reasonably priced hourly rate for showings and last-minute requests If you are interested, please respond to this post via email answering the questions below and providing all of the requested information.
