Here are the top 3 stories in Duluth today: The suspect in a deadly Duluth shooting faces 13 charges. Ladavion Markell Smith was arrested and faces charges including malice murder, felony murder, and aggravated assault. He also faces criminal street gang charges. (FOX 5 Atlanta) Planned PEThood in Gwinnett crossed the finish line with NASCAR's Alex Bowman. Ally, the sponsor of the No. 48 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE of Hendrick Motorsports, and Bowman each donated $1K to local animal shelters, and Ally decided to donate an additional $10K in the four communities where Bowman won races. Planned PEThood received $2K to help with spaying and neutering, educating the public about animal welfare and foster/adoption events. (Atlanta Journal Constitution) Gwinnett County neighbors say they're being terrorized by someone shooting a pellet gun. Drivers claim the shooting is happening on Kilgore Road near Cross Street, and the pellets have been striking cars and the drivers themselves on some occasions. Police have not identified a suspect.
