Why the Warehouse Associate role is important for Bright: The Warehouse Associate is part of the team behind the scenes that make memorable moments come to life. As a Warehouse Associate, you actively participate in executing daily tasks in our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate ensures work area is organized and clean to meet Bright operation standards. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned to support projects and other departments. About You: Warehouse, logistics or similar experience preferred Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods and safety compliance Ability to lift heavy objects Forklift driving is plus Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to “jump in and roll up his/her sleeves” to help others. Thrives in a fast pace environment while staying organized and having attention to detail. Your Contributions to the Bright Team: Support departments as needed but not limited to chairs, dish, laundry, tenting, kitchen Stacking, cleaning, organizing inventory items on pallet and moving them to different locations Pull and stage inventory from warehouse for outgoing orders Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed at all times by yourself and your team members. Promotes clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Verification of counts, sorting, and stock inventory in the proper location Physical Demands and Abilities: Open availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and over time as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis. Operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment to move large quantities of inventory Pulling and pushing a pallet jack up to 100lbs Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
