San Pedro Lockout Share!!!

I have a lockout available for share at Lockout Music Studios on Beacon St in San Pedro starting Feb 1st. I’m a producer and guitar player and am offering to share the room, as well as some of my equipment (if needed). I plan to have no more than 3 or 4 active artists/producers sharing the room at a time. The room is 11x10 so at this time I’m reserving the spots only for producers and solo artists, no full bands leasing at this time and no drum kits set up. Kits can be brought in and broken down for sessions but not left set up. I won’t have access to the room until Feb 1st and I haven’t actually seen the room yet so I don’t have pictures yet or the full layout of the room. I’m local and have been trying to get a spot there for some time so I jumped on it. Would love to share the room with some cool musicians. Let me know if you’re interested!
