MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBLE FOR: • General maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment. • Minimal electric • Refurb- carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting tasks. • Physically examine the property daily. • Managing repairs and maintenance with vendors • Maintain pools, landscaping, utilities, roads, signage, clubhouse, and troubleshooting any needs for the property QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalency. • Requires a minimum of two (2) years general experience in building trades, plumbing (interior and exterior required), repair and replacement maintenance or handy work. • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. • Ability to use to email PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures. • Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time. • Ability to crawl in small and tight spaces. • Work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain). • Walk and climb stairs, handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment; Reach with hands and arms; Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word. • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions. • Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers. • Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
