We are looking for a Housekeeping Associate who will be responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and ensuring quality standards are upheld consistently. As a Housekeeping Associate, you are a key player to outstanding guest service every day. Open availability & Weekends required. Hourly Rate: $16 AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILL - Responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to Mint House standards and procedures, including: making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removal of trash, cleaning kitchens, refrigerators, microwaves and running dishes, glasses and flatware through dishwasher -Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate -Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards -Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping -Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances WE ARE LOOKING FOR -1+ year (s) of related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the above skills, knowledge, or abilities. -Flexibility to work multiple shifts and assist with staffing coverage in the instance of call-outs. -Holidays & weekends required. -Must be able to multitask, must be well organized and have significant attention to detail. -Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. -Able to stand or walk for an extended period of time. -Honest and reliable
