Seeking a Live-in porter for a 60 unit apartment building in Albany, Ny. Job responsibilities include: Cleaning of building, inside and out. Assisting Maintenance team with various tasks. Being on call to help the maintenance team after hours. This is a part-time position and allows employee to maintain a separate full-time job. The pay structure is based on experience and will include FREE RENT in an apartment in the building.
