Job Duties Include but not limited to: Managing & training of general laborers Accurately estimating the cost & time of rehabs Ability to manage multiple rehabs simultaneously Requirement Experience in plumbing 3 years Experience in Electrical wiring 3 years Experience roofing 3 years Pay $15-$30/hr Commission: Company splits portion of proceeds from sold home with residential construction crew.
