We are looking for the right team members that will be a good addition to our company. Se habla español. We work m-f, 7-3:30, throughout Napa county. Last year with covid we had to shrink. We are for the most part starting from scratch which means there is a lot of potential for growth for those who join. We need general laborers, Irrigation specialists, machine operators, foreman and more. After the probation period, intensives and bonuses are given for performance efforts.
