Compensation: Window cleaning technician wages (hourly) start between $15 - $17 depending on skill level and experience. We grant a three month anniversary $1/hr guaranteed increase. Yearly raise and random bonuses, PTO, and OT available. Full time 35-40 hours/week. More hours possible during busy seasons. Biweekly pay. What we do for you: 1.
