Pajtelecom is a wireless technology company providing tower services in Oregon and Washington. As we continue to grow, we are looking for qualified candidates to join our team. Positions available: Top Hand, Tower Technicians/Climbers Job Description: Tower Technicians will perform installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunications systems. Tower Crews work in all weather conditions and are required to travel with many weekday overnights. Climbers work long hours outside in all weather conditions, climbing a cell tower at heights of 100+ feet in a full body harness for extended periods of time. Qualifications: * Must be able to attend Monday morning safety meetings at 8am in our Clackamas office * 18+years of age * Valid Driver's License * Must have basic skills and ability to use power/hand tools * Reliable, hardworking, self-motivated * Ability to multitask and communicate effectively * Maintain a positive professional attitude with co-workers, often travelling and working in a 2–4-man crew * Willing to work long hours outside in all weather conditions including heat/cold/freezing temps climbing towers at heights of 100+ feet in a full body harness for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift 60+lbs * Must be able to work overtime and travel as needed (many weeks OT is available but not guaranteed) * Willing and able to learn new skills * Must be able to able to pass trainings and obtain necessary Certifications required for the position Benefits: *Competitive wages DOE *Direct Deposit *Overtime *Per diem plus hotel paid on overnight stays *Paid Holidays *Paid Training *Health Insurance with Vision/Dental If you are interested in learning more about our exciting career opportunities, reply with your resume/work experience and why you think you are qualified for this position.
