Job Description: To be considered for this entry-level position, candidates must be a least 18 years old and fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Our Farm Maintenance position requires reliable and consistent attendance Friday through Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Candidates within an easy commute distance to our Bothell farm are preferred. The Farm Maintenance position will be responsible for the following: * Moving and lifting hay bales weighing approximately 80 pounds * Moving and lifting feed sacks weighing approximately 50 pounds * Caring for, feeding, checking up on, and cleaning up after livestock * Properly use a line trimmer * Properly use a lawn mower * Weeding flower beds and maintaining the Farm's landscaping * Maintaining and repairing the Farm's fencing * Maintaining and performing small repairs to the Farm's outbuildings * Maintaining and performing small repairs to small engines * Communicating in English This position requires a person completely capable of following directions and independently completing written work lists (provided each work day). This position interacts frequently with the Farm's manager and owner. This position provides a wage of $22.00/hour, discretionary bonus opportunities, and medical and dental insurance benefits with 100% employer-paid premiums for Farm employees.
