Positions Available (Hiring Multiple Candidates) Moving Crew : • Ability to safely lift varying household items; Examples - sofas, dressers, mattresses, etc • Spacial awareness while lifting & moving items • Strong sense of teamwork and communication throughout each job • Able to work occasional longer days. 10hrs+ • High morale and creative problem-solving • Comfortable working with power tools performing assembly and disassembly Packing Crew : • Strong wrapping skills for varying household objects - dishes, art, home decor, electronics • Ability to fill boxes with wrapped items in a safe, protective, manner through correct usage of equipment - such as bubble-wrap, paper-wrap, stretch-wrap • Correct assembly of all box types, securing and taping • Ability to move completed boxes to the staging area for the following day’s moving-crew Crew Lead : • Ability to coach safety practices and guide others in doing so • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with the team and clients • Lead in executing SM&M 5-star plan • The ability to tailor to individual client’s needs • Demonstrate high composure in stressful situations • Able to share constructive feedback and follow-up by taking appropriate action • Upholding our company’s quality reputation • Awareness of team members and the flow of each move.
