W&N Development, LLC has immediate openings for general labor and skilled concrete workers for our Lynnwood, WA project, with a projected start date of January 24, 2022. This is a prevailing wage job and pays weekly by direct deposit. ---------------------------------------------------------- We are hiring fulltime employees, which means working 40 hours a week, 8-10 hours a day. Overtime may apply. You must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and pass a drug test. Benefits include Medical (PPO/HSA) after 60 days employment, Sick Leave after 90 days employment, Vacation after 1 year employment, and IRA Savings Plan after 1 year employment. Our main office is in Centralia. In addition to Lynnwood, we have active projects in Bremerton, Puyallup, JBLM, Tacoma, and Vancouver. We try to keep you close to home, but travel to jobsites may be required. Active service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. General Labor: A General Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. Duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, assembling forms or other pieces of equipment, and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process. Your rate of pay will increase along with the development of your skills, which may eventually lead to a career as a Concrete Laborer, Carpenter, and Concrete Finisher.
