Very busy and well established, family-owned collision repair center is hiring for a Collision Detailer / Shop Porter. The Collision Detailer assists in the preparation of vehicles prior to repairs being started and prior to delivery to the customer. Essential Duties: -Pre-wash vehicles before repair planning or beginning repair. -Cleans vehicle interior, exterior prior to delivery -Help transport vehicles to/from vendors as needed -Participate in production meetings -Perform general maintenance within the facility -Assist in helping maintain a clean and organized facility. Knowledge and Skills: -Knowledge of detail products and their use of application is a must. -Skilled in removing surface defects from applied refinish materials is a plus, but not needed. -Experience in automotive and body shop is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate! -Must have a valid driver's license.
