Warehouse Manager We are a growing specialty food manufacturing and distribution company located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who wants to join a dynamic company and who can bring his experience and skills to our team. The following are some of the responsibilities of this position: 1) Planning daily distribution to retail delivery routes 2) Managing and scheduling shipping and receiving via UPS, LTL and FTL 3) Scheduling and managing team of drivers 4) Goal setting, productivity management 5) Good Communication skills, with vendors, employees and management 6) General Warehouse organization The ideal candidate has an aptitude for organization and leadership. He or she must be able to communicate effectively, work well in a deadline driven environment within an SQF certified facility, and be able to represent our company in a positive manner. We’re looking for a great attitude, strong work ethic, the ability to work well in teams as well as individually and to work well in a fast-paced and agile environment. Required: * 2 years experience managing a full cycle warehouse * Experience managing a small team of warehouse workers * Experience with UPS, FED EX and other shipping software programs * Experience with route deliveries and drivers * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Mainly Outlook, Word and Excel) * Excellent written and verbal English skills * Excellent math skills Please submit a professional resume and cover letter along with 3 professional references.
