Service Manager/ Salt Lake City $40,000 base salary + commissions + bonuses (On Target Earnings $50,000) **$1,000 Sign-On Bonus: $500.00 paid out after 30 days of consecutive employment, remaining $500.00 paid out after 90 days of consecutive employment. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU • Proven business model – the best tools and chemicals…all company provided. • Great working hours: typically, 6 am-3 pm M-F. • Health Benefits. • Company vehicle. • Perform a variety of services for different types of businesses. • Enviro-Master’s proven training program ensures quality job performance & increased employee morale RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES • Train, certify and grow the Health and Safety Technician team. • Conduct weekly ride-a longs and coaching sessions. • Deliver quarterly performance evaluations. • Manage supplies and equipment maintenance. • Perform floor scrub operations at a variety of customer sites, and new account installations. • Manage, plan, schedule, and execute large projects related to Sani-Scrubs. • Conduct Quality Control visits to existing customers.
