The Routine Cleaning and Sanitation Company is looking for full time contractors/businesses interested in joining our network/taking cleaning jobs. We are based in the Prince George’s County area but the work is in the whole tri-state area and is increasing. Experienced cleaners are required. We are looking for businesses, and contractors with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, highly responsible & reliable and has the ability to work cohesively as part of our network. Must drive, have experience, and have reliable transportation. We pay all of our cleaners’ top dollar, with flexible contracts! Duties: • General Cleaning/Organization • Vacuuming rooms/carpeted areas • Take out trash and replace liners • Dusting items in houses • Sweep/Mop • Clean restrooms/showers Qualifications: • Must have 2 years minimum cleaning experience • Must have reliable transportation • Knowledge of cleaning supplies preferred • Responsible, communicative and honest (We do background checks) • Professional demeanor • Cleaning supplies/vacuum/duster To get started please EMAIL or TEXT us for fastest response.
