We're looking for a Super Star to be our Maintenance Technician at Brainard Landings Apartments in Lincoln! Ideal candidate will be customer service focused, a self-starter, and ideally have two years experience in general property/four-season grounds maintenance; completing Service Requests; and unit turnover (painting, maintenance and cleaning). HVAC and pool experience/certifications are a definite plus! Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License and car insurance. Hours are Mon - Fri: 8 - 5 with on-call responsibilities.
