Sir, I am so grateful for your help! I had a relatively long walk and I was considering abandoning some of the groceries because they were already too heavy. When Tony's doesn't have small baskets, it's easy to forget or misjudge what I'm dealing with. I'd already cut my finger and knuckles trying to cope and was about 1/4 into my journey.
You should know that your generosity and time were so appreciated by a stranger that you could have easily ignored. I made it all the way home, thanks to your strength and assistance. And, let me add, your praise of my habit was deeply appreciated, too. Usually, I can get that sorted myself, but my items were too heavy and only elderly people were near when I emptied my cart and folks were waiting for it.
I hope you see this note and know you made such a difference to my day. I hope that you find yourself receiving what you need when you need it in the same way you were there for me.
