Full service salvage yard is looking for a full-time automotive dismantler to dismantle vehicles, as well as, dismantle tires from rims. Tasks include: Properly draining automotive fluids from vehicles. Operating an air wrench to remove lug nuts and tires. Operating a sawzall and/or jaws of life to remove parts. Utilizing a tire machine to dismantle rims from tire. Ideal Candidate must have the following skills/experience: Must have experience in auto dismantling and the automotive industry. Must have experience utilizing a tire machine (Coats 4070 and newer styler machine). Must be able to dismantle tire without damaging the bead Enjoy working with tires, dismantling a large volume each day. Must work well with other and have excellent communication skills Able to work outside in the winter and summer Must be able to lift 50+ pounds Excellent organizational skills Takes pride in a cleanly work environment Able to work self-sufficiently and keep busy Must be honest and trustworthy Takes safety as a number one priority Must be punctual and have exceptional attendance Enjoy hands on face paced work environment Experience operating a fork life and/or wheel loader is a plus!
