Full-service recycling center seeking a experienced non-ferrous metals scale operator. Duties include: -Weighing up various metals brought in by customers -Separating different grades of metals -Using shears and torches to process metals -Providing positive customer services, answering questions, and assisting cliental Skills -Have excellent customer service skills -Excellent basic and mental math skills -Excellent organizational skills -Takes pride in a cleanly work environment -Able to work self-sufficiently and keep busy -Must be honest and trustworthy -Strong ability to multitask -Handles pressure of busy work environment easily, not easily flustered -Have a basic understanding of different types of metals -Able to lift at least 50 pounds -Prior torch/shear experience is a plus! -Forklift certification is a plus! Benefits package includes vacation and holiday pay, 401k, health/dental insurance. Hours: 8am-4pm M-F, 8am-3pm (Some Saturdays) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
