Hello, and thanks for checking out my post. The short version: I'm looking to put together a group of dedicated, dependable musicians. The longish version: So, I've been playing the drum kit on and off for about 10 years. It's only in the past 18 months or so (that is, since Mr Corona hit) that I've really figured out how to practice, though. I'm looking for other players who have my attitude towards music, practice, and playing, and approach the art and craft with the reverence and dedication they deserve. Ideally, I'm looking for at least one guitarist, a bassist, and a keys/synth player. Some (but by no means all) of my favorite drummers: Chris Hrasky (Explosions In The Sky), Carla Azar (Autolux), Stella Mozgawa (Warpaint) & Martin Bulloch (Mogwai). I'm not necessarily looking to play a specific style of music, but to put together a group, do some playing, writing, and arranging, and then see what we come up with.
