We're hiring strong drivers and helpers to pick up and drive supplies to our field technicians starting ASAP. Drivers earn → ~$2080 per week Helpers earn → ~$1040 per week We'll provide the moving van or 26’ box truck and gas.  You are 25+ years of age, reliable, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, you can start on short notice.  **IMPORTANT: Worker Strike Environment** You will be helping pick up and deliver supplies to our telecom technicians because of a worker strike. You can expect a hostile environment from protesters picketing. You’d be crossing a picket line to pick up materials. Local police and private security will be present for your safety and protection. APPLY ONLINE Click here to apply →    SCHEDULE Start date - To be announced Pay rate - $40 per hour for drivers, $20 p/hr for helper Hours - 8 hours per day, 6 days a week Duration - 30+ days REQUIREMENTS 25+ years of age Valid drivers license You can lift 50 pounds Reliable and able to start on short notice Can work 6 days a week THE JOB You’ll pick up Penske truck from the designated rental location (TBD) Pick up miscellaneous telecom materials from designated yards Deliver picked up materials to field techs as directed by MZ dispatch or field supervisors Responsible for securing and locking the truck at night Note that it’s not a big geographic area Estimate drive approx 500 miles per week Drivers will have a helper and work in teams Trucks will have a ramp or electric tailgate
