I have a home i'm looking to fix and flip. Closing tomorrow and need to get a crew lined up. It will need interior paint, 1500 sqft of wood laminate flooring, blinds, doors, light fixtures, trim, pressure washing driveway, landscape trimming and mulch, countertops, possible exterior paint, light plumbing and light electrical.
