Looking for garage/studio space

I am an amateur woodworker who is looking for a garage/other studio space that I could set up some tools and a space to continue making after a recent move. I live in Jamaica Plain, so my best case scenario is a detached garage here, but I have a car and would be willing to drive elsewhere. I would be happy to pay you a rent for the space and sign some sort of contract, especially to limit any liability on your end (any accidents would be my own!). I just love woodworking and need a space to set up shop. Let me know if you have a space that could work and would be open to hosting!
