WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE SUBS THAT CAN START!!!! WE PAY AFTER THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED AND NOT MONTHS LATER! WE ARE LOOKING FOR CREWS THAT CAN PAINT BETWEEN 1-3 HOUSES PER WEEK. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Subcontractors only please. This is NOT an hourly position-Please do not inquire about hourly pay jobs. YOU MUST HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE Requirements: •You must be able to pass a criminal background check and reference check. •You must have reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and a valid driver license. •You must own painting equipment, including but not limited to: Pressure Washer, prep. equipment, ladders, harnesses, sprayer (s), rollers, and brushes. • You MUST possess or be able to obtain General Liability Insurance (at least $1,000,000) and to obtain Worker's Comp. *We meet with painters ONLY with an appointment. Do not come into office without an appointment!!!
