We are seeking a motivated individual to perform minor maintenance and porter type projects. Job includes: Minor plumbing repairs along with minor repairs to property assets. Fences, boardwalks etc. Position will include, picking up trash daily on property, cleaning pool area's and restrooms and multiple public area's. This is an outdoor position ( 85% of the time). Maintaining the property in the main goal for this position. Must be willing to work and be self motivated. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation. Weekends will be included. Insurance and Vacation are included. This is a full time position with room for growth for the right individual. Only serious inquiries, Please. No Phone calls.
