Found male Chihuahua on 7th ave and Utopia in North Phoenix. White with dark brown spots. No collar. Took to 1st animal clinic off 7th ave a Union Hills No micro chip. They have my info to return pup home. Definitely well loved Healthy Male Intact Tri color No microchip Have dog in my possession and desperately looking to get to rightful owner! The must provide proof of ownership for dog to be released.
