We are looking for reliable, skilled maintenance workers to perform mobile home refurbishing in our mobile home parks. We are looking to have mobile homes made "rent ready" in a expedited manner. We have immediate openings in West Columbia, NE Columbia, Newberry and Barnwell. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities to include but not limited to all the repairs necessary to make a mobile home rent ready. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate you will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work. Interested Candidates should have a good understanding of general mobile home repairs and maintenance.
