AUTO TECH PLAZA IS HIRING AT 2 LOCATIONS. AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT / SERVICE WRITER / SERVICE ADDVISOR NEEDED EXPERIENCED PREFERRED, BUT WILL CONSIDER OTHERS WITH APPROPRIATE EXPERIENCE Looking for a talented, motivated, Customer Service Consultant to join our Team. Previous automotive service writing experience is preferred. Experience in Mitchell is helpful. Prior Automotive experience is required. TRAINING PAY IS $20.50/HOUR OR MORE DOE!! A great candidate is someone who enjoys meeting and helping people, and problem-solving. The right person is someone who has well-honed customer service skills, knowledge of or some familiarity with engines/mechanics, professional conduct and appearance. Also, strong multitasking ability and computer skills are required. Experience in customer interaction both in person and on the phone is mandatory.
